No. At this time, all reservations and payments must be completed online. We accept the following credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. If the reservation is cancelled, we will refund the credit card that was used for the reservation.

We Are Usually Asked About
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets and reservations will be refunded in the event that a tour is cancelled by the tour operator. If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator, all guests will be notified upfront (via e-mail) and offered to reschedule or obtain a refund. All refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used to book the reservation.
If you do not show up for the tour and you do not contact us within 24 hours of the tour, your reservation will not be refunded.
If you are not able to go on the tour, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your options.
Are seats on the tour assigned?
No. There are no seat-assignments for the tours. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are we guaranteed to see celebrities?
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee to see celebrities. We will be visiting LA hot spots where the celebs frequent, but we cannot guarantee that you will see anyone famous.
Can we eat on the tour?
Yes and No. Consumption of food is not allowed while on board. However, complimentary bottles of water are handed out to each passenger and may be consumed during the tour. You are allowed to bring food with you and you can eat during the many stops, but it is not allowed inside of the van.
Is there a bathroom in the van?
We will be making stops throughout the tour and there will be public restrooms you can use at those stops.
Are tours cancelled due to bad weather?
No. Come rain or shine, all tours will continue. Only in the case of natural disasters such as sudden earthquakes will the tours be canceled. In the event that a tour is suspended, all tickets will be refunded per the terms listed above.
Can we book special tours?
Yes. We can customize a tour just for you and your party. Assorted trips (filming locations of TV-series and movies) and private tours (minimum no. 5 passengers) can be booked upon request for the base price per tour plus the actual fare per guest and trip.
What are the requirements for children?
Children under 8 years old must travel in an NTSB approved car-seat. All passengers must buckle up!
Please note: booster seats and car seats are not provided by the tour operator. Please make sure to bring your own car seats for your children.
